We took 3 trips with this company - a return trip from lucerne to Grindelwald and then from lucerne to Lugano. The service was excellent and reliable, cars are clean and the drivers are very pleasant, well groomed and polite. On one of the trips the driver suggested we stop at a viewpoint and offered to take photos for us. They communicate with you via WhatsApp and if you need to message them the response time is very fast. Overall a fantastic experience and I am glad we found this company. I am in the aviation industry private and corporate flying and so I travel all over the world and I must say from all Taxis  and shuttle services I’ve used in my many travels I must say I just had the best taxi experience in Zurich and Lucerne with Andrej.    I came to Switzerland just for 3 days to celebrate my Valentine bday. I used Hey Taxi to go to Lucerne from Zurich airport  first and since I liked how proffesional, friendly and helpful they were and of course such safe  driving  and how clean the cars were, which is so important to me, that I asked them to drive me also for all my short and long rides around the city from and to my hotels and to and from Lucerne back to airport in Zurich! They even went above and beyond to help me make my vacation and birthday one I’ll never forget!  He was available to pick me up and drop off with punctuality . He suggested restaurants and even hotels for me to stay at when I decided to extend my stay for two weeks.  He was even an amazing guide and in the last day  on my way back to Zurich before my return flight,  he even stopped me at the Lindt chocolate factory, adding a new fun and delicious memory  to my vacation! ! will definitely use Hey Taxi for all my future visits in Lucerne! Excellent service to and from the airport with comfortable cars, and English speaking drivers. Their service was so outstanding that we've also used it to travel in between Swiss cities and even, for late night emergencies. Last week I encountered a human angel in rescue named Davide who not only provided a great taxi service but also rendered a commendable human kindness well beyond his call of duty. I was in distress in the city of Luzern with my language and directional ineptitude, and he came to my rescue with the ride as well as with his genuine care for my well-being till I was safely at the place for an important meeting. This was an excellent experience! We needed a larger car, and they had one. We arranged a time, and they texted 15 minutes before they arrived. The car was spotless  and our driver was personable and also spoke English which was a huge plus for us. We found out that speaking English is a requirement for all drivers. Were supposed to pick me up at 3am, especially asked for a car where my skis could fit in. They didn't show up (Update, they replied below that they picked me up.. I ended up ordering a uber, they didnt show up)
